Oz is amazing! He got me to understand how claims work and not only guided us through the filing process, but he also met with the adjuster when they came to inspect the roof. He was early, talked with me and had it ready to go. Everything he said was echoed by the insurance adjuster. The claim was approved and they removed our old steep slope shingle roof, repaired the damaged boards then laid the new shingles and trim/vents in one day! Could not recommend this company and Oz any higher! Id give 50 stars if I could!
